Extension of Deadline to Submit Notice of Intent

Based on requests received from additional potential offerors, the FutureGen Industrial Alliance, Inc is extending the deadline for submitting a notice of intent to submit a proposal, and the number of sites that will be proposed, to no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 7, 2006. Such notices must be submitted by sending an electronic mail message to . The subject line for the electronic mail message should read “Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal.” The names of offerors submitting notices will not be publicly released. A notice may be rescinded at any time, but proposals submitted without prior notice will not be accepted. Offerors who have already submitted notices do not need to resubmit. This deadline will not be further extended.

The period of time for responding to the RFP is not extended. Proposals are due by 4:00pm Eastern time on May 4, 2006 to the address listed in Section 1.5.10 of the RFP.
