Bradley Jones

Brad Jones is Vice President of Luminant's Government Relations. In his role, he is responsible for communicating the need for state and federal policies that support reliable, dependable power markets. This includes promoting environmentally-friendly power choices and competitive wholesale markets. Prior to assuming his current position, he was Vice President of Luminant Generation Development and was responsible for developing Luminant's solid-fueled generating assets in Texas.
Jones has over 20 years of broad electric industry experience working in various roles, including generation development, electricity market design, finance, plant operations, regulatory affairs, investor relations, origination and public policy. He currently serves as Chairman of the Edison Electric Institute Executive Advisory Committee on Supply Issues and is a Director of the Gulf Coast Power Association.
Jones holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
