Mark Davies is General Manager of Business Development for Rio Tinto Energy America (RTEA). He has 14 years experience in technical, managerial, and commercial roles in the energy and extractive industries, including extensive experience in technology development.
At RTEA, Mark is responsible for identifying and evaluating internal and external strategic opportunities and managing the formulation and implementation of Rio Tinto's capital investment program in order to position the company to profit from industry change through early analysis of industry trends, technology advances, and impending legislative and regulatory issues.
